Get Up One Hour Earlier

“People seriously over-estimate what they can accomplish in one year, but seriously underestimate what they can accomplish in five years.” I think that’s a great quote. Can’t remember who said it.

How does it relate to getting up earlier? I put that quote here to illustrate the fact that most people don’t have a good sense of what they can accomplish in a given period of time. The fact is, an hour is more time than you think.

If you will 80/20 your day as I’ve advised before, and add that to getting up an hour earlier, I will bet that you get more done in that one hour than you usually get done in a day. Try it out and you’ll see.
