Work Less Because You’re Smart

If you believe what I said a couple of days ago about how you need to 80/20 your day, and if you will apply it to your business, there should be an excellent side effect: drastically shortened work days. Make sense?

Think about the process here - once you eliminate the 80% of activities that make no contribution to the profit or growth of your business, you should be left with lots of unfilled hours. You can either use those extra hours to start a new project (which you’ll 80/20 of course) or you can spend the extra time hanging out with family and friends, playing video games, and skiing. Not a bad deal right? What would it be worth to you if you could cut your work time by 80% but maintain the same income?
