How Should You Handle Displeased Clients?

Don’t hide from angry clients because that will never get rid of the problem. I see this so often and I know that I do it too. We assume the problem will just go away. We don’t want to deal with it anymore and it just frustrates us. Now at times there will be customer service departments that are paid to deal with these issues. They can make a huge difference in helping save you from spending the time with these customers.

So either hire middlemen to take care of this or else expect to deal with them. People might be more frustrated then they need to, but don’t let that hurt you. Be calm and solve the problem. If that means sending money back or providing the client with something to compensate. Do what you need to, but don’t avoid the issue because it only will get worse.
